Wood Badge is designed to train all Scouting adults to use the latest leadership skills. Techniques and skills learned will help you to be a better leader in Scouting and your “other life”. Starting in 1919, and continuing today, Wood Badge is the preeminent leadership training offered by the Boy Scouts of America.
